As part of the registration process, each user will select a password ("Password") and Login Name ("Login Name"). 20. Refund Policy

ConnectVETS offers a 100% money back guarantee for courses and programs purchased from ConnectVETS for The Careers Collegeª within the first seven days of purchase. ConnectVETS does not offer any refunds for donations or memberships. Due to the nature of the courses and programs, refunds will NOT be offered to anyone who fails to log into ConnectVETS New Mission Curriculum, part of The Careers Collegeª system at least once prior to making a request for refund. If you wish to cancel, you must send your cancellation request before the start of the eighth day of granted access via our Contact Us and provide us with written feedback why a refund is being requested.
