We ConnectVETS by helping them develop and refine their job search skills and strategy through our individual and group mentoring programs, and by providing programs that help employers gain maximum benefit from the talent that our veterans bring to the table.

ConnectVETS Mentoring Program
Through our Mentoring Program, our experienced volunteers provide training to veterans on an individualized and collaborative basis. The program teams each veteran with an active or retired business professional, who helps provide the skills, knowledge and guidance that are needed to achieve success in the unique transition from military service to private sector employment.

ConnectVETS Employer Programs
Our Employer Programs are designed to educate private sector employers on the unique benefits gained from hiring veterans, such as tax incentives, G.I. Bill provisions, and relocation support.
